Terms of use
Terms and conditions
These terms define the rules for using Avyro, a Swiss application for managing invoices, family budgets and financial reminders.
A sober Swiss application focused on financial organization.
Invoices, family budget and reminders remain under the user’s control.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another indicated provider.
Purpose of the service
Avyro is a Swiss application that enables users to manage invoices, budgets, payment reminders, recurring expenses and, depending on the subscription, the financial organization of a household or family.
Avyro is a financial organization aid. The service does not replace the user’s personal obligations or the advice of a financial, tax, legal or accounting professional.
Account creation
Using Avyro requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep their email address up to date and protect the confidentiality of their credentials.
The user is responsible for any activity carried out from their account.
Authorized use
Avyro is intended for personal, family or private use. Any abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized automated use, unauthorized access attempt, service disruption or use contrary to applicable laws is prohibited.
Imported documents and data
The user remains the owner of invoices, documents, files, budget information and data imported or entered in Avyro.
Avyro never becomes the owner of this content. The user is responsible for the accuracy, legality and relevance of imported documents.
Reminders and due dates
Avyro may generate payment reminders, notifications or alerts. These reminders are provided as a practical aid.
The user remains solely responsible for actually paying invoices, meeting deadlines and checking amounts, beneficiaries and payment information.
Swiss QR-bill reading
Avyro may offer assistance in reading Swiss QR-bills to make invoice entry or tracking easier.
The user must always verify extracted or displayed information before any payment. Avyro does not guarantee that read, imported or interpreted data is error-free.
Subscriptions and payments
Some Avyro features may require a paid subscription. Prices, available plans, possible promotions and subscription conditions are shown in the application or on the website.
Payments are processed by Stripe or any other indicated payment provider. Avyro does not store full bank card data.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Paid trial
Avyro may offer a paid trial period, for example at CHF 1.99. This offer may be limited to one use per user, household, payment method or email address.
At the end of the trial period, the subscription may renew automatically according to the selected plan unless cancelled before the due date.
Cancellation and account deletion
The user may cancel their subscription using the options available in their account.
Deleting the account may permanently delete associated data, including invoices, documents, budgets, reminders and history. Before deletion, the user is responsible for exporting or saving any data they wish to keep if such a feature is available.
Service availability
Avyro uses reasonable means to ensure service availability, security and proper operation.
However, Avyro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or reasons beyond our control.
Liability
Avyro provides an organization aid service. The user remains responsible for financial decisions, payments, declarations, deadlines and checks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avyro cannot be held liable for indirect losses, payment delays, input errors, document misinterpretation, temporary unavailability or consequences linked to incorrect use of the service.
Data protection
Personal data processing is described in the Avyro Privacy Policy.
Changes to the terms
Avyro may modify these terms to reflect changes to the service, regulations or technical constraints.
